If you are looking for the Best Gaming PC under 50000 INR, then you are at the right place.
Kaby-lake is here and the enthusiasts are ready with their upgrade wallets. This is the right moment to upgrade your old gaming PC to a spanking new system with support for all the latest tech and goodies.
In an ideal world, you would have an infinite supply of money and you could spend it on the latest hardware every second day. Unfortunately, some of us don't have the address for that place. Or maybe, we were never invited!
For us, a good gaming PC under 50000 INR is sufficient and sometimes, is the only Gaming PC that we can afford. So this guide is for us - you and me.
I will try to include the components that can provide the performance without breaking the bank. I will also place some shopping links (some affiliate links) for the components to reduce your burden of Google Surfing.
Some Insight on the Suggestions
Though this guide will tell you about the best PC configuration under 50000 INR, you will have to keep in mind that this guide is not about the best gaming PC. You will have to make some compromises with this budget and I will give you some options. Just don't expect that you can get a 4K monitor, K70 RGB or a Scimitar RGB in this budget.
There will be two types of system. One upgraded and the other one completely from scratch.
For the first one, I will assume that you already have a system and want to upgrade some of the main components like the CPU, motherboard, Graphics Card, PSU, case, Optical drive etc.
And for the second one, I assume that you have a system without any upgradability path and want to join the league of the big boys.
So let the ride roll.
Gaming PC under 50000 - Making an Upgrade
Assuming you are upgrading your system and have the monitor, peripherals, HDD and the UPS, then you will have great results with the following system. It is balanced and should support all the latest titles at High to Ultra settings @1080p with minimum 40fps.
A catch here! This system will only make sense if you are upgrading from an old system like AMD Phenom, First gen AMD FX, Intel Core-2, First 2 Generations of Core i series and a dual core system. If you have a system from a later date, then wait a bit. Just some more.

CPU-
Intel Core i5 7500 - Rs 17000

This is the minimum I will go for a new gen system if you are considering upgrading. AMD Ryzen will take some time to get here. Till then this is what I would recommend.
Technically it's the same Skylake CPU with support for "
" but in 4K. It's the same socket, same integrated graphics and most interestingly, same performance.
So what's the point of recommending it? Well its simple, the Indian pricing for these components is not changing. The older gen and the newer CPUs cost almost the same. So why not just go for it?
Buy Intel Core i5 7500 from HERE
Alternative-
Core i5 7400 or Core i5 6400.
They are good CPUs and if you can get better GPU model with some money saved, then why an objection?
Cooler-
Deepcool Gammaxx 300 - Rs 1500

Unlike previous generations, newer Intel CPUs don't come with a cooler. So even if you are not going to OC, you will still need an aftermarket cooler.
And because you are not going to OC, you can get away with a simple cooler like the Deepcool Gammaxx 300. It is plenty to keep a non-K CPU under the limits when gaming and doing other stuff.
You can, of course, go for a slightly bigger cooler. The rate of return will not be high but it won't backfire either.
Buy Gammaxx 300 from HERE
Alternative-
Antec A30
or Deepcool 200T. There are some cheaper options available but the Deepcool model should be minimum if you are planning for long gaming or rendering hours.
Motherboard-
Asus H110M-C or MSI H110M-PRO-VH PLUS - Rs 4500-5500

Here, you have ample of options. As we chose a Non-OC CPU, it only makes sense to go for an H110/H170/H270 board. And my personal recommendation goes to H110 series boards.
You may ask "but why?". It's simple. This is all you need. Heck, you can put in a Core i7 7700k, Corsair 32GB Platinum and a nVidia Titan X along with 4 SATA SSDs on these boards and they will run just fine.
You only get a considerable return on investment when you move up the ladder to the Zx70 lineup. Other than that, there is no reason to go for a higher-end board at least at this budget. Unless you have some specific requirements that need special interface options, lower end Hxx0 boards are fine.

If you have some extra budget left then you can squeeze in a mid end H170/H270 board. But don't go for the GAMING ones. They are a waste.
RAM-
Crucial 8GB DDR4 2133Mhz CT8G4DFD8213 - Rs 4000

I am feeling bad for those who are buying DDR4 RAM these days. I got the above-mentioned RAM in May 2016 for just Rs 2000. Yes, you read that right - Rs 2000!
And now this DDR4 stick is cheapest on the market with an average price of Rs 4000. Yes, a 100% price increase in this time period. I still have this RAM and it works, as expected.
There are some limitations with this RAM. It does not support XMP. But this will be fine for stock settings.
8GB is the bare minimum for modern day computer applications. Aim for 16GB for some future proofing but 8GB should be sufficient for most. DDR4 RAM prices are rising steadily. Grab extra if you get a good deal.
Buy Crucial 8GB DDR4 from HERE
Alternative-
Corsair LPX 8GB 2400MHz or HyperX FURY Black 8 GB 2133 MHz. These are fine kits and should be available at lower prices in retail shops.
Graphics Card-
GTX 1060 3GB or the RX 470 4GB - Rs 16000-18500

Now, this is a tough choice. If you read my post on the best graphics card models in the Indian market, then you will see that I didn't include the GTX 1060 3GB or the RX 470 4GB. This was mainly due to the unstable and weird price position of these cards.
Then why am I recommending them here? Because we are compromising here. That list was about the best of the best options available. But this build is for compromises. With some healthy overclocks and driver optimization, these cards will keep most gamers happy.
Both of these cards are so closely matched that separating them is a difficult job. Yes, the 1060 3GB is more power efficient and slightly powerful. But the difference of frame rates is slowly going away. And some more watts sucked from the wall won't pile up that drastically.

Buy RX 470 4GB from HERE
Alternative-
GTX 1050Ti. If you are only doing gaming and not too keen in analyzing frame rates at the highest setting possible then you will be happy with this card.
PSU-
Antec VP550P or Seasonic S12 II 520W - Rs 4000-5500

PC components have become power efficient enough that a moderately sized PSU can power a high-end system with ease. If you are going for a single card setup (you should, if possible) then you would mostly likely need a 600W PSU. There are plenty of options available but only a few good ones at a lower budget.

You won't go wrong with the Seasonic S12 II 520w. It is a great little unit for the price and performs exceptionally well. This will be my number one recommendation for this price range.
Antec VP550 is another good option. It has performed better than other models at this price range. But it is still basic or "Basiq" as Antec calls it.
Buy Antec VP550 from HERE
BuySeasonic S12 II 520W from HERE
Alternative-
Seasonic S12 620W for some future upgrades. Or you can consider the Corsair RM/x, Cooler Master V series, Antec HCG units. They are on the dearer side but absolutely worth their price.
Optional Components
SSD
I know some of you guys maybe thinking why am I recommending an SSD as optional? Because you can actually live without it. It is not an essential part but one
If you can increase the budget for an SSD, then it will make the system snappier but it won't affect the main gaming or rendering performance in any considerable way. If you can wait for 3 extra minutes while loading a game then you can live without an SSD for a while.
Go for a 250GB drive at least, if you have the budget. Here are some good options-
Kingston SSDNow UV400 240GB
WD Blue 250GB
Samsung 850 EVO 250GB
Corsair Force LE 240GB SATA
Better Case
If you were using an old, beige case or something from i-ball or others, then you can also think of upgrading your case. It won't make your PC faster but will definitely provide it with better dust protection and heat management. And best of all, your PC will look the part.

You don't even have to go high-end to get a good PC case. Cases like Masterbox Lite 3, CM 590 III, Corsair Spec series or Carbide series etc can easily house some high-end hardware.
